The genesis of Avion is in the concept of social change. Unlike other organizations which feel that corporate social responsibility is a function to be carried out after reaching a particular monetary milestone, we feel that giving back to society is an inherent part of an organization’s day-to-day activities and should be implemented from the day an organization comes into existence. True to our ethos, we engage in philanthropic activities such as donating a monthly sum out of our income to a local orphanage (Swadhar, registered in Pune, India). Swadhar works with children of sex workers and provides them with accommodation and food.
