If you prefer modification to an existing theme, this is a much easier approach. If you desire to control something such as fonts or colors, just simply go in to the WordPress theme editor and look for the file “Style.css file”. Then you can start making changes as you wish, just make sure to save all the changes you made when you are already finished.

If you want to make change to an actual file of the theme that you have chosen, just use the navigation on the right side of the theme editor to see the file you are looking for. For example, if you want to change something in the header, just click on the header.php file and make all the changes you want to do.

As you can see, it is not that hard to learn how to transform design to WordPress themes. For the most part, it works like any other website or blog platform. The only difference with WordPress to other blog platform is that the theme system takes a little getting used to compare to wordpress. Maybe that is the main reason why a lot of people prefer to chose wordpress on creating their personal blogs, business blogs or any purpose they have on their blogs.
