Please note that unused maintenance hours from one month cannot be rolled over to the next month. |

Our project payments are divided as follows:
- 1st milestone: 25% payment is due after the creation of the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and your approval of a mock up of the home page and subsequent pages.
- 2nd milestone- 25% payment is due after the completion of 50% of the coding
- 3rd milestone- 25% payment is due after completion of 75% of the coding
- 4th milestone- 25% payment is due after completion of 100% of the coding and before migration to client server
- During the project, you can access your project on the staging server any time to track the progress of the development.

We issue a refund only if we have not begun work on the project. We request payment in four milestones to ensure your satisfaction during the phases of development.
