There seems to be an issue with the Advocate Wellness website. The next button on the Illinois application page isn’t working, so the application can’t be completed. This isn’t an issue for the Arizona and Nevada applications. We are confused because we haven’t made any changes to the finished product and have processed several successful applications since the website launched. Is it possible for you or your team to please take a look and see what the issue is. The link is below. We haven’t been able to get it to work on several PCs with Chrome and IE and it also won’t work on mobile phones.
