The Challenge

This site will streamline the field representative reporting, scheduling demonstration requests and analytical data in real-time. It is an easy scheduling creation and calendar overview allows the managers and the reps to create and schedule. It also helps the managers to track the field rep as where the field rep is and what they are doing.

The client had approached us to design and develop this website from scratch. This was conceptualized to make the consumer packaged goods industry more green by eliminating paper reporting within the natural product industry. The idea was evolved into a comprehensive field rep management application for use on mobile devices. The website allows the brand and brand management parties to see what is happening at the store level in real-time.

We created mock-up’s as per the client inputs that generated the look and the feel envisioned by the client. This helped us to confirm the structure of the website and how the user flow is and we have made it appealing to the customers. To achieve this, we worked on the paperless mapping of the website and hence achieved the peak. The next step was to make a working module for the management parties to keep the track of stores in real-time.


The client is pretty happy with the work since we have fulfilled the client’s expectations. Currently, we are working on the maintenance of the site.
