The Challenge

The client is a renowned company who is a manufacturer and distributor of active lifestyle protective bedding products.

We were approached by the client for an end-to-end solution. The challenge was to create the sales application for the end users and the internal staff. The challenging part was to create a QR code scanning module and digital sign module. The end-users have the ability to digitally sign using the tablet or mobile device. We also had to create the iOS and Android apps for the hardware to communicate with them. The most challenging part was the representative has to synchronize the products if there is any change from the admin server side from the settings menu. If the application is running for the first time then the products are synchronized at the start.

The Solution

We carried out an on-site analysis of the requirements where our analyst had several brainstorming sessions with the client. The inventory of heavy equipment and its management in a resourceful and user friendly way is what we worked out. We developed a sleek and user friendly application for the client. We have also worked on the customer trade value inspections for the representatives. For this we also created the necessary APIs. This resulted in the end product to be a very professional app which has been installed more than 100+ times on the Apple and Google stores. The app is compatible with the devices from a 5″ phone to a 32″ tablet.

The Result

The client has been satisfied with the solution provided. The apps are getting positive ratings on the App stores on daily basis. The client has hired 10 dedicated developers who work on agile mode on the tasks and enhancements to the apps.
