The Brief

FCHC needed a website that clearly communicated its broad range of care across multiple locations, while reinforcing its mission-driven identity and facilitating easy patient access to services, doctor search, scheduling, and support programs.

Our Approach

We carefully structured the site to prioritize gentle guidance and informed choice. Key components include:

  • Organized navigation by service types-Family Practice, Pediatrics, Dental, Behavioral Health, Maternal & Child Wellness, Today Care, Health Management, and Community Connect mobile clinic.
  • Featured site-wide CTAs like Find a Doctor, Patient Portal (My FCHC), and Donate to direct users quickly to action.
  • Included sliding-fee discount program based on Federal Poverty Guidelines to reflect FCHC’s mission of accessibility.
  • Highlighted operational scale: 36 exam rooms, 24 primary care facilities, and care delivery across three locations.
  • Emphasized faith-based values in messaging: “excellent healthcare … that communicates in word and deed the love and gospel of Jesus Christ.
