Housed in a beautifully restored four-story building with rich history, it’s designed to support creativity, collaboration, and community well-being while offering flexible workspace options for individuals and teams.

The Brief
DeskLabs needed a compelling website to showcase diverse membership options-from virtual and community desks to dedicated seats and private offices. It also had to highlight their unique amenities, flexible booking services, and the creative environment of their historic building, while encouraging site visitors to schedule tours and sign up.
Our Approach
We carefully structured the site to prioritize gentle guidance and informed choice. Key components include:
- Clearly organized membership tiers with benefits, pricing, and CTAs (Virtual, Community, Dedicated Desk, Private Offices).
- Showcased space offerings (coworking areas, conference rooms, event venues) with features, visuals, and tour options.
- Highlighted community perks: bottomless coffee & tea, common areas like The Garage and Rooftop Terrace, phone booths, full kitchen, and snacks.
- Presented the building’s history and ambiance- historic features, exposed brick, and creative character of a repurposed theater and gallery.
- Integrated testimonials from members reinforcing staff helpfulness, ambiance, and event capacity.
