OVERVIEW

TenantHub is an AI-powered smart tenant and property management platform designed to help landlords, property managers, and tenants manage end-to-end rental operations, critical resources, unit inventories, lease lifecycles, and financial transactions through intelligent analytics and predictive models.

The platform combines modern real estate administration with machine learning to provide real-time operational visibility, AI-driven rent forecasting, automated maintenance routing, and secure role-based management across multi-tenant property portfolios.

I was responsible for the complete end-to-end development of the project, including requirement analysis, system architecture, backend development in Ruby on Rails 8, database design in PostgreSQL, AI intelligence integration, interactive administrative dashboard implementation, dynamic role-based access control (RBAC), AI assistant integration, security policies, and live production deployment.

Property management operations often suffer from inefficient workflows due to fragmented communication, manual tracking, and disconnected administrative tools

The objective was to build a comprehensive, AI-powered PropTech management platform capable of monitoring property portfolios in real time while automating lease lifecycles, rent tracking, maintenance workflows, and predictive analytics.
