The Brief

GAPScore required an engaging, accessible online platform to empower users to assess, certify, and enhance their homes’ green credentials. The site needed to guide users through verifier training, self-assessment surveys, and report access- with options for both paid and free access via a promotional code.

Our Approach

We carefully structured the site to prioritize gentle guidance and informed choice. Key components include:

  • Clear Navigation: Organized into key sections-raining, Survey, and Report Documents-to help users easily follow the certification process.
  • Training Access: Prominently featured verifier certification via a one-time $50 video training session. Core messaging: “Become a GAPScore Certified Verifier now.”
  • Free Entry Option: Emphasized inclusivity with a free registration prompt using the code EPA24 for homeowners.
  • Reporting Functionality: Clarified the purpose and flexibility of downloadable reports- useful in-home marketing, rental listings, and lending contexts-and stressed that recommendations are meant to guide sustainable improvements, not serve as final building diagnostics.
